Colwyn Foulkes completed the restoration of the iconic Grade II* Kensington Roof Gardens, at 99 Kensington High Street, London W8, alongside the interior restoration of the building.


The internal reconstruction of the Grade II* listed building, which was once the home of Derry & Toms department store and BIBA, consisted of 200,000 sq ft of refurbished space. It is now home to Sony Music, Equinox Fitness Club, with the rest of the space accommodating leading high street brands.
